1. Sign Project Consultation
The process starts by meeting with you on site to survey the project area and determine what your expectations are. We then offer you suggestions based on a number of criteria that will most benefit your purpose. After the initial consultation, we begin any necessary research on city ordinances, as well as revising any property owner restrictions to ensure the sign we are creating for you is in compliance. From that point, we diligently work to put together some artwork designs based on our consultation discussion. Upon presenting them to you, we give you the opportunity to select the best one and to make any revisions to it to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
2. Sign Art Design
Let our in-house graphic design artist custom design your logo.
3. Sign Approvals
Once design is completed, we go a step further by ensuring customer and landlord approvals are granted prior to beginning any fabrication.
4. Sign Permit Application
After selecting a sign design, Legacy Signs of Texas will apply for and acquire any necessary city permits, and obtain property owner clearance, if required, to ensure your sign is in compliance with any ordinances or restrictions/regulations.
5. Sign Fabrication and Installation
Once we’ve obtained all permits and clearance, fabrication of your sign by Legacy Signs of Texas will begin. Our team of craftsmen will build your sign using high-quality materials and the latest techniques to ensure a maximum life expectancy for the sign. Upon completion of the build, our highly skilled installers will transport your new sign to the site and perform a safe, secure installation you can trust.
6. Sign Warranty
We will provide a written parts and labor warranty on your proposal contract that is specific to you.
